I have dedicated my life to the the food and beverage Industry for 15 years.  I have been involved in creating and expanding start up companies since 2015. 

 
I have built a team behind me and systems and programs to optimize restaurants and events from A- Z.  Lone Consulting has been a dream and passion for me to launch for many years.  I understand the back bones of the business and what it takes to become successful.   My goal is to help emerging brands and companies systemize and scale at an accelerated rate!

I am eager to meet you and your team and start the journey to expansion together.

Hiran Patel

Executive Chef and owner of Ghar Restaurant, Naansens and Elgarage. He is passionate about the culinary arts, and has traveled extensively to discover the many cultural flavors of the world. Our singular goal is to make your event unforgettable!

 

During the event process, Hiran personally spends time with the couple and family trying to gain intimate knowledge of their traditions and customs so he can present an exceptional product.

 

His passion and experience permeates through all of his endeavors.

Tapping into his extensive resource network, Hiran assembled a talented, diverse team from the U.S, Mexico and India that showcases unbelievable dedication integrated with creativity and diversity.

Adrian Evans

Adrian has had an interesting and varied career within the beverage industry. For over 25 years he has worked all over the United Kingdom (where he is originally comes from). Working and operating bars, hotels and nightclubs. Prior to his move to Mexico Adrian worked in the cruise industry for around 8 years, traveling all four corners of the globe. After getting married to his husband Enrique, Adrian moved to Mexico. Working in Playa del Carmen for Thompson Hotels as Beverage Manager, after a short stint he moved to San Miguel de Allende where he worked for a deluxe hospitality group as their Beverage Director. Adrian worked for this group for several years until it was time for the next industry step, and this was to become one of his proudest moments when in 2019 he took the role as head of bars, beverage and mixology of Tequila Casa Dragones. Over several years with Casa Dragones, Adrian expanded his experience and knowledge taking part in a wide range of activities with this great tequila company. From there he took a six month break working on personal side project before joining the owners of Ghar as their Exec Director at their San Miguel de Allende Indian Restaurant and Bar
